Excuse me sir, the circle goes away as soon as I connect to Internet. Once connecting to internet when I disconnect, it’s fine. But when I restart my pc without internet it comes back again. It again goes away as soon as I connect to internet. What seems to be the problem? Please help me

Ending the spooler task worked – THANK YOU! The spinning blue circle was giving me a headache and making me nervous…{giant sigh}
