Instead, I typed cmd in start, opened that with admin privileges, and then once in the cmd window, pasted the PowerShell -ExecutionPolicy Unrestricted, followed by the Get-AppX line. Don&#039;t know if the powershell line once in the cmd window mattered or not but it did work and that&#039;s the important thing.]]></description>
