If that worked in the first place, most of use wouldn’t be using the Photos app to begin with! It’s the freezing/hanging issues with Photos that probably lead most people here. Your site is the ONLY one that had the information I needed. It was the only one that showed how to manually copy from the phone to the PC. I did try all your fixes but none got Photos and my iPhone to play nice together. Thank you so much for publishing this.
