					<description><![CDATA[Suggesting an additional step which worked for me and isn&#039;t listed here, Clear File Explorer history. I believe this should fit in as Fix 2 after restarting your computer or restarting explorer.exe process. Use built in functions to resolve issues before you go deleting files manually or hacking functionality out of your system.

1) Open Run dialog - Windows key + R
2) Open: &quot;control.exe folders&quot;
3) On General tab &#062; Privacy &#062; Clear File Explorer history and press Clear button]]></description>
