Thanks it really worked…..while upgrading my power got cut…and ups got off…..then the loop started which keeps on restarting ….then as did as mentioned….and if solved the matter. ….again thanks

If your Shift+F10 doesn’t work try using the Shift+FN+F10 I tried it and then mine worked

Changing the registry value listed above saved my windows 11 installation. Invaluable after I tried just about everything I could think of.
